Dividra is an experimental, community-driven digital asset and software interface operating on the Solana blockchain.
- Non-Corporate Entity: Dividra does not represent, nor is it operated by, a registered corporation, financial institution, investment fund, or regulated brokerage.
- Utility & Governance: Associated digital tokens or utilities are strictly designed to facilitate community interaction, digital expression, and ecosystem participation. They carry no equity, voting rights in a corporate sense, or entitlement to dividends or revenue shares.
2. Strict No Financial Advice (NFA) Policy
All content, smart contracts, software code, user interfaces, and communications provided by Dividra are strictly for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

- Price volatility, market slippage, impermanent loss, network congestion, or total devaluation of digital assets.
- Technical failures, smart contract exploits, consensus attacks, blockchain downtime, or actions taken by third-party platforms, wallets, or decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the project maintainers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or applicable laws.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Geographic Restrictions
By interacting with Dividra, you explicitly represent, warrant, and covenant that:
- Age and Capacity: You are of legal age in your applicable jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements and to interact with cryptographic assets and decentralized finance protocols.
- Jurisdictional Legality: Your use of digital assets complies fully with all local laws, tax codes, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and financial oversight frameworks applicable to your country of residence.
- Prohibited Persons: Residents, citizens, or agents of any jurisdiction where cryptographic assets or decentralized applications are restricted, heavily regulated, or prohibited by law are strictly barred from interacting with this project.
5. Token Ownership & Trading
The creators, developers, and associated entities of Dividra may hold, acquire, buy, or sell digital assets and tokens related to this project at any time, in their sole discretion, without prior notice. Participation in the token ecosystem implies full recognition that insiders or creators may trade tokens freely on the open market.
